Return Policy

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the safety gear on this site we cannot accept returns for Safety hardware (safety gear includes Helmets, Carabiners, Harnesses, Ropes etc) and equipment if you change your mind or they dont fit. 
If there are defects with a purchased item we can accept returns as the products are covered by manufacturers Warrenty.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you need to return an item email us directly to get a return authority.

Shoe and clothing

We will gladly swap shoe sizes over for you if you choose the wrong size. You will need to post them back to us (at your cost) and you will need to cover the cost of the return postage to you.
